Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only provided when:

• The returned product is approved after inspection
• The ordered product is unavailable after payment
• The customer receives a damaged or incorrect item

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by Crovexa Trading.
